Welcome to the ECOT teacher ink cartridge ordering portal.  You can now order ink cartridges for your ECOT-issued printer quickly & easily.  Please read & follow the guidelines below for quickest service.

This portal is for ink cartridge orders only.  ECOT will pay only for ink cartridges.  You may order anything else you wish from the Sheridan WorldWise website, but you will have to pay for it yourself & you must order it in the website's typical ordering process, not through this portal.

Please complete all the fields when placing your order.  You'll need to select the cartridge(s) from the choices on the next page, specify the quantity of black and/or color cartridges (the default quantity is "1", but you may input any quantity you wish), & provide your name, mailing address, contact information, the name of your supervisor, & whether or not you're a DEC teacher. If you wish to change any quantities of cartridges you are ordering, you must do so before you proceed to "checkout" & the submit order screen.

Please plan ahead with your ink cartridge requests.  All orders are reviewed by ECOT staff within one business day of receipt.  Sheridan WorldWise will ship orders within one business day of receipt from ECOT staff.  Orders will be sent via first class U.S. mail, which, in Ohio, takes one to three days.  So, it typically will take three to five business days to receive your cartridges after you place your order.
